The shared tasks of Departments 
1-The head of the department is directly responsible in the front of the administration for the work progress and organization in the department
2-Follow-up the staff  ,their attendance and performance in the  work
3-Develop appropriate mechanism for managing the work 
4-Preliminary approval on forced vacations of the department employees that does not conflict with the interest of work
5-To approve the necessary ,non-repeated permission of the employees case of not being more than two-hour per day.
6-Preparing monthly report  about the achievements of the section ,documented with pictures and video
